– Diploma of Fitness (Central Queensland University)
– Level 3 Registered Exercise Professional (Fitness Australia)(10+Years Experience)
Ben has over 10 years experience in the Fitness Industry but has lived and breathed Sport and Fitness his entire life. From a young age Ben has been involved in Hockey, Squash and Athletics until recently deciding to focus purely on Squash and the Professional World Tour. Ben’s highest World Ranking is 333, his goal is to win a Tour Title.
Ben specialises in Sports Specific Training, Fitness and Weight Loss.

Squash Lessons

Squash 52 offers Squash Lessons for all ages and abilities. If you’re new to the game and need a few tips to get started or if you are a seasoned player and have trouble with your swing or certain parts of your game, we can help you out.

Bootcamp

Every Saturday morning at 8:30am, Bootcamp (Squash-Fit) in on. Small groups of 10-15, exercise in a fun and friendly atmosphere. Bootcamp is a mix of cardio, strength, and functional fitness. All levels of fitness are welcome.

Club Membership

Squash 52 offers Club Membership for $25.00 per week. This includes Unlimited Squash, Gym, and use of the Pool. Monday Night Social, Tuesday Night Fixtures, Saturday Afternoon Doubles and Bootcamp is also included in the Club Membership. If your new to the gym, don’t worry we’re here to help. Gym programs are included in Membership. There are no lock-in contracts or sign on fees.
